Immigration Department Plans To Revamp Temporary Visa Program

Because of the country being a favorite travel destination, a lot of people are now filing Australian temporary visa applications. And it is actually not only travel for pleasure as the reason why many people are going to the country. Students and temporary workers, as well as businessmen, regularly enter the country for a short stay. However, it seems that there would be a bit of a headache on their way. Recently, the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) announced the ongoing plans to make large changes to the current temporary migrant visa program. The department said that these changes are intended to streamline the whole process of getting a temporary visa.
