Imported workforce vs. Aboriginal Talents

It has been exclaimed by Bob Geldof an Anti-poverty campaigner that Australia was an economically stupid because they intend to set aside the thousands of Aboriginal talents within the workforce, while taking priority of importing of skilled worker in other country. Businesses was also being urged by the rock star to stop ignoring the talents of nations indigenous which has been exiled in their own land.

The issue wanted to give way to those Aboriginal talents to provide them with proper education and proper way of making a living. There are almost 500,000 aboriginal peoples scattering within the country that if once taught might become a help in their own countries problem.

Businesses owners in the contrary, is in need of skilled workers which they prefer for having already the experience and the many advantage in such business. Taking consideration of such things might become the disadvantage with those starting Aboriginal talents to change.

The situation of choosing from Aboriginal talents which is actually starting in the business field or from imported skilled workers which has the experienced and knowledge in the business is actually a big option to both new and old businesses and the countries economic position. In this case the need to choose for an expert might become a demand.

It might deeply depend on the expertise and performance of the person whether an aboriginal talents or imported workers.

Generally speaking, Australia as a free country has the right to accept criticism and be responsible to proved that the criticism once exclaimed is untrue and definitely will not affects the countries performance in such pointed subject. The need for the country and peoples cooperation is much needed to build a strong relation and not be destroyed by once criticism.
